I have been losing weight since giving birth 8 weeks ago. It is HARD. I still have all my pregnancy cravings and all I want are cupcakes, potato chips, ice cream, chocolate, pepsi and big macs. Mmmmmmm It is so hard to go into a store and not pick up a twix or snickers bar without practically going insane. I have noticed that the longer I have gone without certain junk food the less I crave it so that is good. I am allowing myself one cheat day out of the week though. I won't pig out, but I will allow myself to indulge in some sweets. LOL So far I have lost 24 pounds.
My ankles and knees took a beating with the extra baby weight so now they hurt like crazy if I sit too long or move around too much. I started Zumba for beginners and it is working out great. I want to lose 50 pounds so I am basically at my halfway mark.
